Alcohol can be changed to soft drinks. Please ask the cruise staff directly on the spot.

• Availability: every day (except in exceptional circumstances)
• Duration: approximately 4.5 hours, including transfers. The cruise itself lasts about 2.5 hours
• Meeting time and place : pick-up from your hotel’s reception lobby in central Paris at 7:00 PM
   
• Private transfer service is only available for hotels located within central Paris
• If a participant is not present in the hotel lobby within 15 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time, the tour will be cancelled, and no refunds will be provided. Please note that if the outbound private transfer is cancelled, the return transfer will also be cancelled.
• Depending on the selected option, you may be asked to share your table with other guests (Etoile service)
• Casual attire such as sneakers, shorts, and sandals is not recommended.
• In the event of flooding on the Seine, Bateaux Parisiens reserves the right to modify or cancel the cruise. In this case, an alternative with dinner on the quayside will be offered. No refunds will be issued.
• Large items of luggage are not allowed on board
• Upon booking, you will receive a Bateaux Parisiens booking number. Please present this number when boarding.
• Seats cannot be selected in advance.
• Transfers to additional locations incur an extra charge of EUR 123 per location. Departure and return times may be adjusted accordingly.
• This tour is accessible to wheelchair users only if all of the following conditions are met and if prior notice is given. If these conditions are not met, participation may be refused, even on the day of the tour, to ensure everyone's safety.
  • Guests must bring their own folding wheelchair.
  • Guests must be able to climb steps and move independently during the tour, without assistance.
  • Guests must be accompanied by a companion who can provide help if needed.
  • For safety reasons, staff cannot assist with or carry wheelchairs.
• The Privilege Service requires guests to ascend and descend approximately four steps to and from their wheelchair. Participation is only possible if guests are able to manage these steps independently.
• Children under 5 years old are not allowed to participate
• The driver speaks both English and French.
   

SCHEDULE

• 7:00 PM: Departure from the hotel
• 7:30-45 PM: Arrival and boarding the Bateaux Parisiens cruise boat
• 8:30 PM: Departure of the cruise
• 11:00 PM: End of the cruise and return to the hotel
• 11:30 PM: Arrival at the hotel
