Description

Discover Mont Saint-Michel and its bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as well as three of the most beautiful Châteaux of the Loire: Langeais, Chenonceau and Chambord, by coach from Paris with a guide !

Day 1:

Leaving Paris, you'll take the freeway through the Normandy countryside to arrive at Mont Saint-Michel at around 11:30 a.m., where you'll have lunch at your leisure in a restaurant.

A shuttle bus will take you to the Mont, where you can visit the Benedictine abbey and discover this predominantly Gothic edifice, while listening to your guide's comments and anecdotes. You can then admire the view over the bay and stroll through the village streets, buying souvenirs and tasting specialities.

Finally, you'll leave around 4:30pm to settle into your hotel in Angers and eat at one of the many restaurants in the area.

Day 2 :

After your buffet breakfast at the hotel, you'll take the coach back to the Châteaux de la Loire. A short stop will allow you to admire the exterior of the Château d'Angers.

You'll then be taken to the Château de Langeais, where you and your guide can admire the architecture of this medieval and Renaissance château. You'll discover the oldest keep in France and the Château de Louis XI.

Before returning to the second Château, you'll have free time for lunch. Your guide will be able to advise you on where to eat.

You'll visit the Château de Chenonceau, also known as "le château des dames", reflecting the influence of the various female characters who have lived here.

Next, you'll visit Château de Chambord, built in the 16th century and the largest château on the Loire. You'll have the opportunity to climb the famous "double staircase" and learn more about the history of the château as you pass through some of the rooms. Enjoy a panoramic view of the park from the terrace.

Finally, you'll be back on the road, arriving in Paris around 9pm.
