Description
Skip the taxi queue, and don't struggle off and on public transport with your luggage - book your shuttle transfer from your hotel in southern Rio (São Conrado, Leblon, Ipanema & Copacabana districts) to Galeão International Airport. A shuttle will collect you from your hotel on southern Rio and drive you to Galeão Airport.
Good to know
When booking, you will need to provide the following information:
- Airline company
- Flight number
- City of arrival & city of departure
- Departure time
- Hotel name
- Hotel address
- Availability: every day
- Languages: drivers speak English and Portuguese
- To take part in this activity you will need to present your voucher to the service provider on the day
- Duration: 1 hour approx. (duration depends on traffic)
- Departure time: between 08.00 and 19.00. Transfers are available every day.
- Meeting point: your hotel
- Bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance.
- You will need to phone the service provider before you leave to confirm your transfer. The number will be on your voucher.
Price includes:
- Transfer in a shared shuttle from the majority of hotels in the São Conrado, Leblon, Ipanema & Copacabana districts (southern Rio)
- Services of an English-speaking driver
No charges will be levied for cancellations made more than 7 days before the date of the activity (excluding special dates). After this, the following charges will be levied:
Between 7 and 4 days prior: 50% of the price
After this time and in case of a no-show: 100% of the price
Any reservation made for special dates cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded.
